This exclusive fundraising dinner brings together eight of Vancouver Island’s most talented female chefs for a collaborative culinary experience that showcases the very best of our region. Each dish is a reflection of skill, creativity, and mentorship—values at the heart of Les Dames’ mission to support women in hospitality and the culinary arts.
Indulge in four exquisite courses crafted by an all-star lineup of local chefs: Chef Heidi Fink (Cooking on the Coast), Chef Rochelle Roy-Allen (Hen and Hound / FEAST SSI), Chef Julia McInnis (Zambri’s), Chef Mara Jernigan (Maple Leaf Adventures), Chef Isabel Chung (Fairmont Empress), Chef Anna Hunt (Finest at Sea), Chef Elizabeth Tauber (The Courtney Room), and Chef Dominique Laurencelle (Marilena). Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional BC wines from Bella, Theoria, and Haywire, and artisanal cider from Sea Cider, with non-alcoholic cocktails from Fizz Bottle Shop for a perfectly inclusive experience.
