Karen is the creative force behind Your Secret Chef personal chef services. Leading cooking and food preservation workshops in community and other spaces, Karen is strengthening neighbourhood resilience and capacity, one mouthful at a time. A relationship-focused connector with experience in food security, 
small group facilitation, graphic arts production, and nonprofit governance, she focuses on connecting people through arts, culture, and food. Karen builds inclusive, accessible spaces;  supporting grassroots leadership and bridging sectors. Karen has been a member of Les Dames BC since 2012.
